Chef Showcase Executive Chef Nicholas Loshak Years in the kitchen: 37 Nicholas joined the Brown’s team after running his own catering business for 10 years. His experience ranges from being the executive chef at the U.S.A. Embassy in Ottawa and Bahamas; the Caribbean, Europe and North America in such places as National Arts Centre, Dorchester Hotel London, Davos Hotel Switzerland. Currently he overseas our production kitchen and catering services for the Kingston area and beyond. You can spot Nicholas at most of our VIP events wearing his crisp black Chef’s jacket and his signature Chef’s hat catering parties from 10 to 2000 people.
